Meet Dave

Dave Saunders

David (Dave) Saunders has over 20 years of military experience as an officer, planner, and teacher, starting as a Marine Corps combat engineer. Dave has lived and worked in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and across the U.S.

As a graduate of the Marine Corps prestigious school, “SAW,” Dave became a military planner and spent nearly a decade running cross functional teams and sprint planning efforts for the Marine Corps’ largest organizations.

After a full Marine Corps career, Dave has pivoted towards helping organizations, big and small, solve complex problems. He loves leadership and guiding teams to solve tough problems, delivering clear results.

With an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell, and masters degrees in international relations, operational studies, and national security, Dave has a lifelong passion for learning - as an Olmsted Scholar, Dave has tried to embody General Olmsted’s Motto - “The Greatest leaders should be educated broadly.”
